Return Policy Overview
Return Window: You may return most unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective. These items are marked with a return_policy_label (e.g., “custom”) in our product feed.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email info@mrsboats.com or (504) 920-0732 within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Include RMA: Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refund Process
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Amount:
For non-defective returns: Refund equals the item price minus any applicable restocking fee (15%).
For defective or incorrect items: Full refund, including original shipping costs (if applicable).
Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
Exceptions
Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order products (e.g., personalized life jackets or custom boat covers) are non-returnable unless defective. These items are identified in our product feed with a return_policy_label attribute.
Damaged by Customer: Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions are not eligible for return.
Missing Items: Claims for missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
